A PDF file is one that is readable by Adobe Acrobat. It has become the standard for documents Some government agencies and courts are requiring submission of documents in a PDF format. Do you need a new piece of software to do this? Nope!
To convert your Word Perfect file to a PDF file is no more difficult that saving a file! No, honest, I really mean it! Well, I should add that you’ll need Word Perfect 9.0 or higher. Currently using an older version of Word Perfect? Maybe it’s time to upgrade!
With the file open on the screen, click on File, then select Publish to PDF (Figure 1). On the next window that appears, type in the name you want to give your PDF file (Figure 2). Click OK and you’re done! It is really that easy.
To see what your PDF file looks like, boot up Adobe Reader and open the file.
